We started Apex because we were tired of the runaround.
Back in 2011, our founder Mike Dalton was fed up with shops that upsold unnecessary work, quoted one price and charged another, and treated customers like they didn't know any better. So he opened his own place with a simple rule: treat people right, do good work, and the rest takes care of itself.
Fifteen years later, that philosophy hasn't changed. We've grown from a two-bay garage to a full-service shop with a team of ASE-certified technicians, but the approach is the same. We explain what we find, tell you what it costs, and let you decide. No pressure, no games.
